1. Acceptance of Terms
By placing an order, requesting a quote, or using any service provided by Onyx Print (SHAKTIKUMAR NATHALAL ROJALA, GST No. 24AVVPR0997B1Z4), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Services Offered
Onyx Print provides commercial and digital printing services including, but not limited to: visiting cards, brochures, flex banners, wedding stationery, packaging, catalogues, stickers, calendars, and offset printing. Specific service terms may vary by product type and will be communicated at the time of order.
3. Orders and Artwork
- All orders must be confirmed with final approved artwork before production begins.
- Artwork must be submitted in high-resolution formats (300 DPI or higher for print). Accepted formats include PDF, AI, CDR, PSD, and TIFF.
- Onyx Print is not responsible for quality issues arising from low-resolution or incorrectly colour-profiled artwork supplied by the customer.
- By submitting artwork, you confirm that you own the rights to all content, images, logos, and text included, and that the content does not infringe any third-party intellectual property rights.
- Any changes to artwork after order confirmation may result in additional charges and revised delivery timelines.
4. Pricing and Payment
- All prices are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable GST where stated.
- Final pricing is confirmed at the time of order and may vary based on quantity, material, finishing, and delivery requirements.
- Payment terms will be agreed upon at the time of order. We may require full or partial advance payment before commencing production.
- We accept bank transfer (NEFT/RTGS/UPI) and cash payments. Payment confirmation is required before production begins.
- Prices are subject to change without notice for future orders.
5. Turnaround Time and Delivery
- Standard turnaround times are communicated at the time of order and are indicative, not guaranteed, unless expressly confirmed in writing.
- Turnaround time begins upon receipt of final approved artwork and payment confirmation.
- Onyx Print is not liable for delays caused by courier/logistics partners, force majeure events, or factors outside our reasonable control.
- Express or same-day services are subject to availability and may carry additional charges.
6. Quality and Colour Accuracy
While we strive for the highest print quality, please note:
- Minor colour variations between digital screen previews and physical prints are inherent to the printing process and do not constitute a defect.
- Colour proofing can be arranged for critical jobs at an additional cost. We strongly recommend requesting a proof for large-quantity or colour-sensitive orders.
- Onyx Print is not responsible for colour discrepancies arising from artwork not prepared in CMYK colour mode.
7. Cancellations and Refunds
- Orders may be cancelled before production begins, subject to a processing fee.
- Once production has commenced, cancellations are not accepted and no refund will be issued for work already completed.
- In cases of verified defects attributable to Onyx Print (printing errors, incorrect quantity), we will offer a reprint or appropriate credit — not a cash refund, unless agreed in writing.
- Any claim for defective goods must be raised within 48 hours of delivery, accompanied by photographic evidence.
8. Intellectual Property
All designs, templates, or creative work produced by Onyx Print on your behalf remain the intellectual property of Onyx Print unless explicitly transferred in writing. You are granted a licence to use the finished printed materials for your intended purpose. The customer retains full ownership of artwork and designs supplied by them.
9. Prohibited Content
Onyx Print reserves the right to refuse any order that contains content that is unlawful, obscene, defamatory, infringing on third-party rights, or otherwise objectionable under applicable Indian law. Submission of prohibited content without our knowledge does not create any liability on our part.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Onyx Print's total liability to you for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific order in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of business, profit, or data.
11. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Rajkot, Gujarat.
12. Amendments
Onyx Print reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updated terms will be communicated through our official channels. Continued use of our services following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
